The invention provides compounds which exhibit inhibitory activity against SGLT1 and/or SGLT2 and are useful as preventive or therapeutic drugs for diabetes, postprandial hyperglycemia, impaired glucose tolerance, diabetic complications, obesity, and so on. 1-Substituted-3-.beta.-D-glucopyranosylated nitrogenous hetero- cyclic compounds represented by the general formula (I), prodrugs or pharmacologically acceptable salts of the same, or hydrates or solvates of them; SGLT inhibitors containing the same; medicines containing the inhibitors; and combined pharmaceutical preparations containing the same: (I) wherein A is alkylene or alkenylene; Bis a single bond, -O-, -S-, or -NH-; C is optionally substituted, aryl or heteroaryl; and Q's are each independently a carbon or nitrogen atom to which hydrogen or a substituent is bonded.
L'invention concerne des composés qui présentent une activité d'inhibition vis-à-vis du SGLT1 et/ou du SGLT2 et sont utiles comme médicaments préventifs ou thérapeutiques pour le diabète, l'hyperglycémie postprandiale, une diminution de la tolérance au glucose, des complications diabétiques, l'obésité et ainsi de suite. L'invention concerne des composés hétérocycliques azotés substitués en position 1 et ayant un groupe .beta.-D-glucopyranosyle en position 3 représentés par la formule générale (I), des promédicaments ou des sels acceptable du point de vue pharmacologique de ceux-ci ou des hydrates ou solvates de ceux-ci ; des inhibiteurs de SGLT contenant ceux-ci ; des médicaments contenant les inhibiteurs ; et des préparations pharmaceutiques combinées contenant ceux-ci : (I) dans laquelle A est un alkylène ou un alcénylène ; B est une simple liaison, -O-, -S- ou -NH- ; C est un aryle ou hétéroaryle facultativement substitué ; et les Q sont chacun indépendamment un atome de carbone ou d'azote auquel est relié un hydrogène ou un substituant.
