Abstract of the Disclosure Novel 11-aza-10-deoxo-10-dihydroerythromycin A and derivatives thereof having antibacterial action. The compounds are prepared by Beckmann rearrangement of erythromycin A oxime followed by reduction of the product so obtained and subjecting the product to reduction followed by 0- or N-acylation.
