ABSTRACT Novel 2- [3,4-disubstituted-phenylimino] -imidazolidines This invention related to 2- [ 3,4-disubstituted-phenyli- mino ] -imidazolidine compounds of general formula (I) Image I [ wherein Z represents a phenyl group substituted in one of the 3- and 4- positions by a fluorine atom and in the remaining 3- or 4- position by a chlorine atom or a methyl, nitro or amino group] and acid addition salts thereof, their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds or salts. In that the compounds of general formula (I) and their acid addition salts possess presynaptic and .alpha.-adrenergic activity they are suitable for use in the treatment of migraine.
