Some 2-amino-4-(phenoxyethylamino)-1,3,5-triazines substituted in 6-position are known to possess herbicidal and plant-growth regulating properties, cf. WO 90/09378, WO 94/24086 and WO 96/25404. The invention describes structurally different compounds of formula (I) and the salts thereof, wherein R1-R7, n and X in formula (I) are defined as in Claim 1 and said substances can be used as herbicides and plant growth regulators. They can be produced according to a method cited in Claim 7.

Il est connu que certaines 2-amino-4-(phenoxyéthylamino)-1,3,5-triazines substituées en position 6 ont des propriétés herbicides et régulatrices de la croissance végétale (cf. WO 90/09378, WO 94/24086, WO 96/25404. L'invention concerne des composés structurellement différents de la formule (I) et leurs sels (I) qui peuvent s'utiliser comme herbicides et régulateurs de croissance végétale. Dans cette formule, R?1¿ à R?7¿, n et X ont la signification mentionnée dans la revendication 1. Ces composés peuvent être préparés d'après le procédé référencé sous la revendication 7.
