The present invention concerns the compounds of formula (I), the N-oxide forms, the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein Alk is C1-6alkanediyl or C3-6alkenediyl; R1 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; R2 and R3 each independently are hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or C3-7cycloalkyl; or R2 and R3 may also be taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, thus forming a pyrrolidine, a piperidine or a perhydro azepine ring; R4 is hydrogen or halo; Q is aryl, aryloxy, di(aryl)methyl or heteroaryl; aryl is naphthyl or phenyl, said naphthyl and phenyl may optionally be substituted; and heteroaryl is quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, pyridinyl, thienyl, indolyl, 2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxinyl, 2,3-dihydro-benzofuranyl or benzodioxolanyl; said heteroaryls may optionally be substituted; it further relates to processes for their preparation, compositions comprising them as well as their use as a medicine; compounds of formula (I) containing a radioactive isotope; a process of marking dopamine D4 receptor sites; and a process for imaging an organ are disclosed.

La présente invention concerne les composés présentant la formule (I), les formes N-oxyde, les sels d'addition d'acides pharmaceutiquement acceptables et les formes stéréochimiquement isomères de ces derniers. Dans la formule, Alk est alkanediyle C1-6 ou alkanediyle C3-6; R<1> est de l'hydrogène ou alkyle C1-4; R<2> et R<3> sont chacun indépendamment de l'hydrogène, alkyle C1-6 ou cycloalkyle C3-7; ou R<2> et R<3> peuvent aussi être pris ensemble avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés, formant ainsi un noyau de pyrrolidine, pipéridine ou perhydro azépine; R<4> est de l'hydrogène ou halo; Q est aryle, aryloxy, di(aryl)méthyle ou hétéroaryle; aryle est naphthyle ou phényle qui peuvent être éventuellement substitués; et hétéroaryle est quinolinyle, isoquinolinyle, pyridinyle, thiényle, indolyle, 2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxinyle, 2,3-dihydro-benzofuranyle ou benzodioxolanyle; lesdits hétéroaryles peuvent éventuellement être substitués. L'invention traite aussi de procédés pour la préparation de ces composés, de compositions les comprenant ainsi que de leur utilisation comme médicaments. L'invention a aussi pour objet des composés de la formule (I) comprenant un isotope radioactif, un procédé de marquage des sites du récepteur D4 de la dopamine et un procédé pour observer un organe par imagerie.
