The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) wherein: A represents R¿1? or(O)R¿1? where R¿1? represents an alkyl group comprising 1 to 30 carbon atoms, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, capable of being partly or totally substituted byHal where Hal represents -Cl, -Br, or -F, and of being interrupted by one or several units selected among -O-, -S-, -C(O)-, -NR¿3?C(O)-, -Ph(R¿4?)¿n?- and -CH¿2?-CH¿2?-O)¿n'?-, wherein R¿3? represents or -CH¿2?)¿n''?-CH where n'' = 0 to 17; R¿4? represents, -CH¿3?, -CH¿2?H¿5?, -C¿3?H¿7? and n = 0 to 4 and n' = 1, 2 or 3, or R¿1? represents a cyclanic radical with diterpene or triterpene root; and R¿2? represents a C¿1?-C¿11? linear or branched alkyl group. The invention also concerns a method for obtaining said compounds, compositions containing them and their use as surfactant, and in enzymatic processes using a chitinase, in particular N-acetylglucosaminidase.
La présente invention concerne les composés de formule (I) dans laquelle A représente R1 ou -C(O)R1 ou R1 représente un groupement alkyle comportant de 1 à 30 atomes de carbone, linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé, pouvant être substitué partiellement ou totalement par -Hal où Hal signifie -Cl, -Br, -I ou -F, et pouvant être interrompu par un ou plusieurs motifs choisis parmi -O-, - S-, -C(O)-, -NR3C(O)-, -Ph(R4)n- et -(CH2-CH2-O)n'-, dans lesquels R3 représente -H ou -(CH2)n"-CH3 où n" vaut de 0 à 17, R4 représente -H, -CH3, - C2H5, -C3H7 et n vaut de 0 à 4 et n' vaut 1,2 ou 3, ou R1 représente un radical cyclanique à racine diterpénique ou triterpénique, R2 représente un groupement alkyle linéaire ou ramifié en C1 à C11. Elle concerne également leur procédé d'obtention, les compositions les comportant, et leur utilisation à titre de tensioactif, et dans des processus enzymatiques mettant en oeuvre une chitinase, notamment la N-acétylglucosaminidase.
