The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) and their salts which are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators, R1 to R6, Y1, Y2, Y3, m and n being defined as in claim 1. These compounds can be prepared in similar manner to known processes using intermediate products of formula (V) (cf. claim 6).
