The invention relates to compounds of formula (I) and the salts thereof (I) wherein R1~ - R5~, X1~ - X4~, ~Y1~, Y2~ and n and m are defined in formula (I) according to claim 1. Said compounds can be used as herbicides and plant growth regulators and can be produced according to the method in claim 6 in part via novel intermediate products (cf. claim 11).
