The present invention relates to the compound of formulae (see formula I-A)(see formula I-B)(see formula I-C) and to a novel process for the manufacture of compounds of the general formula (see formula I) wherein T is tritium; R1 is hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkenyloxy, benzyloxy, hydrogen, deuterium or tritium; R11 is hydrogen, deuterium or optionally tritium, hydroxy or amino and R2 is hydrogen or optionally tritium or R1 and R2 form a bond. Compounds of general formula I are ligands for the metabotropic glutamate receptors of group II.
La présente invention concerne le composé de formules (voir formule I-A) (voir formule I-B) (voir formule I-C) et un nouveau procédé pour la fabrication de composés de formule générale (voir formule I) où T est du tritium; R1 est un hydroxy, un alkoxy de faible masse moléculaire, un alkényloxy de faible masse moléculaire, un benzyloxy, un hydrogène, un deutérium ou un tritium; R11 est un hydrogène, un deutérium ou, de manière facultative, un tritium, un hydroxy ou une amine, et R2 est un hyrodgène ou, de manière facultative, un tritium, ou R1 et R2 forment un lien. Les composés de formule générale I sont des ligands des récepteurs glutamate métabotropiques du groupe II.
