The invention relates to the products of formula (I): with R represents H or Hal; R2, R3 and R4 are chosen from H, Hal, CN, CONH2, CONHalk, CON(alk)2, and alkyl and alkoxy optionally substituted with Hal, CN, CONH2, CONHalk, CON(alk)2, OH or OCH3, it being understood that one or two of R2, R3 and R4 represent(s) H, or all three of R2, R3 and R4 represent methoxy; z represents SO2 or CO; and N(D) (W) such that: either W represents -ring (Y) and D represents H or cycloalkyl, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl which may be optionally substituted; ring (Y) with Y represents O, S, SO, SO2, NRlO, C=O, CF2, CH-OR8 or CH-NR8R9; or W and D form, with N, a ring (N) substituted with R1 and R6 such that, for example, R1 represents -X1-R7 with X1 representing -(CH2)m- and R6 representing H, OH, -CH2OH, -CO- N-, -CO2H or -CO2alk; and R7 represents optionally substituted heterocycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; with m=1-3; wherein these products are in any of the isomer forms and the salts, as medicaments, in particular as IKK inhibitors.
L ' invention concerne les produits de formule ( I ) : avec R représente H ou HaI; R2, R3 et R4 sont choisis parmi H, HaI, CN, CONH2, CONHaIk, CON(alk)2, et alkyle et alcoxy éventuellement substitués par HaI, CN, CONH2, CONHaIk, CON(alk)2, OH ou OCH3, étant entendu que un ou deux de R2, R3 et R4 représentent H ou R2, R3 et R4 représentent tous trois méthoxy; z représente SO2 ou CO; et N(D) (W) tel que: soit W représente -cycle (Y) et D représente H, cycloalkyle, alkyle, alkényle, alkynyle, éventuellement substitués; cycle (Y) avec Y représente O, S So, SO2, NRlO, C=O, CF2, CH-OR8 ou CH-NR8R9; soit W et D forme avec N un cycle (N) substitué par R1 et R6 tel que par exemple R1 représente -X1-R7 avec X1 représente -(CH2)m- et R6 représente H, OH, -CH2OH, -CO- N-, -CO2H, -CO2alk; et R7 représente hétérocycloalkyle, aryle, hétéroaryle, éventuellement substitués; avec m=1- 3; ces produits étant sous toutes les formes isomères et les sels, à titre de médicaments notamment comme inhibiteurs de IKK.
