The present invention relates to (R,S) 2-aryl-propionic acids and derivatives, their single enantiomer (S) and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them, which arc used in the prevention and treatment of tissue damage due to the exacerbated recruitment of polymorphonucleated neutrophils (PIvTN leukocytes) at inflammation sites. The present invention provides compounds for use in the treatment of transient cerebral ischemia, bullous pemphigo, rheumatoid arthritis, idiopathic fibrosis, glomerulonephritis and damages caused by ischemia and reperfusion.
La présente invention concerne des acides (R, S) 2-aryl-propioniques et leurs dérivés, leur énantiomère unique (S) et des compositions pharmaceutiques en contenant, qui sont utilisées dans le cadre de la prévention et du traitement de lésions tissulaires résultant de la mobilisation exacerbée de polynucléaires neutrophiles (leucocytes PMN) au niveau de sites d'inflammation. La présente invention concerne des composés utilisables dans le cadre du traitement de l'ischémie cérébrale transitoire, de la pemphigoïde bulleuse, de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, de la sclérose pulmonaire idiopathique, de la glomérulonéphrite et des lésions d'ischémie-reperfusion.
