ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel compounds of the general formula I, useful as intermediates in the preparation of biologically active molecules: Image (I) in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of up to 4 carbon atoms and X represents an alkanoyl group, an aroyl group or a trialkylsilyl group in which each of the alkyl groups has up to 4 carbon atoms, may be prepared by addition of a cyanide of formula XCN to the corresponding imine.
