ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A 2-cyanoacrylate composition which comprises (A) a 2- cyanoacrylate compound and (B) a carbonate compound selected from the group consisting of dialkyl carbonates, alkylene carbonates, alkyne carbonates, alkylene glycol bisalkyl carbonates and trihydric alcohol trisalkyl carbonates. The composition is useful as an adhesive.
