The invention relates to recombinant DNA molecules containing a DNA sequence coding a protein with the biological activity of a 2-deoxyglucose-6-phosphate (2-DOG-6-P) phosphatase and controlled by regulatory sequences of a promoter and transcription, termination and/or polyadenylation signals active in plants. The invention further relates to vectors and host cells containing inventive recombinant DNA molecules. Also disclosed are methods for producing transformed plants cells and plants using the inventive recombinant DNA molecules and vectors. The invention also relates to transgenic plants, their crops and propagation materials and to plants cells and tissues containing inventive recombinant DNA molecules or produced according to the inventive method.
L'invention concerne des molécules d'ADN recombinées contenant une séquence d'ADN qui code pour une protéine présentant l'activité biologique d'une 2-désoxyglucose(6)phosphate (2-DOG-6-P) phosphatase et qui se trouve sous le contrôle de séquences régulatoires d'un promoteur actif dans les végétaux et de signaux de transcription-terminaison et/ou polyadénylation. L'invention concerne également des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes qui contiennent les molécules d'ADN recombinées précitées. Sont également décrits des procédés pour la fabrication de cellules végétales et de végétaux transformés à l'aide des molécules d'ADN recombinées et des vecteurs précités. L'invention concerne en outre des végétaux transgéniques, leurs produits de récolte et leurs matériaux de multiplication, ainsi que des cellules et des tissus végétaux, qui contiennent les molécules d'ADN recombinées ou les vecteurs précités ou bien sont fabriqués à l'aide du procédé décrit.
