Disclosed is a compound of the formula (See formula I) wherein either (a) R1 is NHR4 or NR4R5 and R3 is hydrogen or (b) R3 is NHR4, NR4R5 or OH and R1 is hydrogen; R2 is hydrogen or C1-4 lower alkyl; R4 is hydrogen, hydroxyl or C1-4 lower alkyl; and R5 is C1-4 lower alkyl; provided that R1 and R2 cannot both be hydrogen when R3 is N(CH3)2 or OH; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, and its use as an anti-tumor agent.
