Abstract HYDROXYPROPYLAMINES The invention relates to new hydroxypropylamines of formula I R1-O-CH2-CHOH-CH2-NH-A-R2 (I) (wherein R1, R2 and A are defined as in claim 1), the tautomers, enantiomers and addition salts thereof, particularly for pharmaceutical use the physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof which have valuable pharmacological properties, more particularly a simultaneous cardiotonic and .beta.-blocking activity, and the use thereof as pharmaceutical compositions and processes for preparing them.
