This invention involves compounds having structure (I) wherein: a) R1 is hydrogen; or alkyl; b) R2 is hydrogen; alkyl or nil; c) R3 is selected from hydrogen; unsubstituted C1-C3 alkanyl; amino, hydroxy, mercapto; C1-C3 alkylthio or alkoxy; C1-C3 alkylamino or C1-C3 dialkylamino; cyano; and halo; d) R4, R5 and R7 are each independently selected from hydrogen; unsubstituted C1-C3 alkanyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; cycloalkanyl, cycloalkenyl; unsubstitued C1- C3 alkylthio or alkoxy; hydroxy; thio; nitro; cyano; amino; C1-C3 alkylamino or C1-C3 dialkylamino and halo; e) when R2 is nil, bond (a) is a double bond; f) the compound is not 7-bromo-6-(2-imidazolinylamino)indazole; and enantiomers, optical isomers, stereoisomers, diastereomers, tautomers, addition salts, biohydrolyzable amides and esters, and pharmaceutical compositions containing such novel compounds, and the use of such compounds for preventing or treating disorders modulated by alpha-2 adrenoceptors.
L'invention concerne des composés correspondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle: a) R¿1? représente hydrogène ou alkyle, b) R¿2? représente hydrogène, alkyle ou zéro, c) R¿3? représente hydrogène, alcanyle C¿1?-C¿3? non substitué, amino, hydroxy, mercapto, alkylthio C¿1?-C¿3? ou alcoxy, alkylamino C¿1?-C¿3? ou dialkylamino C¿1?-C¿3?, cyano ou halo, d) R¿4?, R¿5? et R¿7? représentent chacun indépendamment hydrogène, alcanyle C¿1?-C¿3? non substitué, alcényle ou alcynyle, cycloalcanyle, cycloalcényle, alkylthio C¿1?-C¿3? non substitué ou alcoxy, hydroxy, thio, nitro, cyano, amino, alkylamino C¿1?-C¿3? ou dialkylamino C¿1?-C¿3? ou halo, e) lorsque R¿2? vaut zéro, la liaison (a) est une liaison double, et f) le composé n'est pas 7-bromo-6-(2-imidazolinylamino)indazole. L'invention concerne également des énantiomères, isomères optiques, stéréo-isomères, diastéréomères, tautomères, sels d'addition, amides et esters biohydrolysables de ces composés, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant de tels composés nouveaux.
