ABSTRACT This invention relates to the 2-isopropylamino-pyrimidine-N- oxide of the formula : Image to a preparation process of the same consisting in submitting at 15 to 45°C, 2-isopropylamino pyrimidine to a smooth oxidation by stoichiometric proportions or a slight excess of up to 10% of an appropriate oxidising agent and to a therapeutic composition of matter comprising said compound as an active ingredient therein.
