The present invention relates to a compound represented by Formula [I] (see formula I) [wherein (see formula II) represents an aromatic carbo- or heterocyclic ring which may have a substituent; Cy represents a mono-, bi- or tricyclic aliphatic carbocyclic group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, which may have a substituent; (see formula III) represents a mono- or bicyclic aliphatic nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group having 3 to 14 carbon atoms, which may have a substituent; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group, a cyclo(lower alkyl) group, an amino group, a lower alkylamino group, a di(lower alkyl)--amino group, a hydroxyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a carboxyl group, a lower alkoxycarbonyl group, a carbamoyl group, a lower alkylcarbamoyl group or a di(lower alkyl)carbamoyl group, or a lower alkyl group which may have a substituent; and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group], a salt or ester thereof, a production process for the same, and an analgesic, a reliever against tolerance to a narcotic analgesic represented by morphine, a reliever against dependence on a narcotic analgesic represented by morphine, an analgesic enhancer, an antiobestic, a drug for ameliorating brain function, a remedy for schizophrenia, a remedy for Parkinsonism, a remedy for chorea, an antidepressant, a remedy for diabetes insi-pidus, a remedy for polyuria, or a remedy for hypotension, compris-ing an effective ingredient of the same.

L'invention porte sur des composés représentées par la formule générale (I), sur leurs sels ou esters; sur leurs procédés de production; et sur des analgésiques, des antagonistes contre la tolérance aux analgésiques narcotiques typifiés par la morphine, des antagonistes contre la dépendance aux analgésiques narcotiques typifiés par la morphine, des activateurs analgésiques, des médicaments destinés à améliorer la fonction cérébrale, des remèdes à la schizophrénie, à la maladie de Parkinson, à la chorée, des antidépresseurs, des remèdes au diabètes insipides, à la polyurée ou à l'hypotension, chaque médicament contenant les composés précités sous forme d'ingrédient actif. Dans cette formule, (a) représente un noyau de carbone aromatique éventuellement substitué ou un hétérocycle; Cy représente un noyau de carbone aliphatique C3-20 mono-, di- ou tricyclique, éventuellement substitué; (b) représente un hétérocyclique aliphatique C3-14 mono ou dicyclique, éventuellement substitué, contenant un azote, R<1> représente hydrogène, alcényle inférieur, alkynyle inférieur, cycloalkyle, amino, alkylamino inférieur, di(alkyle inférieur)amino, hydroxy, alcoxy inférieur, carboxy, alcoxycarbonyle, carbamoyle, alkylcarbomoyle inférieur, di(alkyle inférieur)carbamoyle ou alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué; et R<2> représente hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur.
