ABSTRACT A polyurethane composition comprising (A) the reaction product of a polyisocyanate and a mixture of (i) a polycaprolactone polyol and (ii) a hydrophobic polyol, (B) a silane coupling agent, and (C) a thermoplastic resin is provided. The molar equivalent ratio of the isocyanate groups of polyisocyanate to the hydroxyl groups of the mixture is in the range of from 1.1:1 to 10:1.
