Disclosed herein are compounds of formula (I), where R1 is substituted phenyl in which the substituents are independently one ortwo halogens, alkyl groups, carboxyl groups or alkoxycarbonyl groups; R2 is H or alkyl; R3 and R4 are, independently, H, alkyl, halogen or nitro; and n is 1, 2 or 3; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which are useful as inhibitors of smooth muscle cell proliferation.

L'invention porte sur des composés de la formule (I) dans laquelle R¿1? représente phényle substitué où les substituants représentent indépendamment un ou deux halogènes, des groupes alkyle, des groupes carboxyle ou des groupes alkoxycarbonyle; R¿2? représente Hou alkyle; R¿3? et R¿4? représentent, indépendamment, H, alkyle, halogène ou nitro; et n vaut 1, 2 ou 3. L'invention porte également sur un sel de ladite formule acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique. Ces dérivés s'avèrent bénéfiques comme inhibiteurs de la prolifération de cellules de muscle lisse.
