This is a mobile self-contained ducted fan designed to operate with ac or dc electrical power. Designed for the film industry and has uses in any many other applications. It is a portable, mobile fan on wheels with low noise and high efficiency in gimbaled Omni-directional frame. This fan design provides a focused airflow in any direction. An inverter controls the motor speed with an externally mounted potentiometer. The motor and fan blades are incased in a polypropylene duct with a bell mouth inlet. The fan can be rotated in an Omni-direction due to its gimbaled design. The base is mounted on wheels to enable easy transportation. Operator controls all fan movement and speed and locking devises are also controlled by operator.
