The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein W is an oxygen or sulphur atom, each X, X¿2?, X¿3? and X¿4 ?independently represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or a cyano, C,-C¿6?-alkyl, C,-C6-fluoralkyl, C,-C¿6?-alkoxy, C,-C¿6?-fluoroalkoxy group, Y is in position (N2) or (N3); when Y is in the (N2) position, Y represents a C,-C¿6?-alkyl, C,-C¿6?-fluoralkyl, aryl or heteroaryl group; when Y is in the (N3) position, Y represents an aryl or heteroaryl group; the aryl and heteroaryl groups are possibly substituted by one or several atoms or groups selected from halogen atoms, C,-C¿6?-alkyl, C,-C¿6?-alkoxy, C,-C¿6?-alkylthio, C,-C¿6?-alkyl-S(O)-, C,-C¿6?-alkyl-S(0)2-, C,-C¿6?-fluoralkyl groups; a C4-C5 position bond is double or single; each R¿1? et R¿2? independently represents an aryl, benzyl or C,-C¿6?-alkyl group or R¿1? et R¿2 ?form, with a nitrogen atom carrier thereof, a heterocycle possibly substituted by one or several C1-C¿6?-alkyl or benzyl groups in the form of a base, an acid addition salt, a hydrate or a solvate. A method for preparation and therapeutic use is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule générale (I) : dans laquelle W représente un atome d'oxygène ou de soufre ; X,, X2, X3 et X4 représentent chacun, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène ou un groupe cyano, C,-C6-alkyle, C,-C6-fluoroalkyle, C,-C6-alcoxy, C,- C6~fluoroalcoxy ; Y est en position (N2) ou (N3) ; quand Y est en position (N2), Y représente un groupe C,-C6-alkyle, C,-C6-fluoroalkyle, aryle ou hétéroaryle ; quand Y est en position (N3), Y représente un groupe aryle ou hétéroaryle ; les groupes aryle ou hétéroaryle étant éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs atomes ou groupes choisis parmi les atomes d'halogène, les groupes C,-C6-alkyle, C,-C6-alcoxy, C,-C6-alkylthio, C,-C6-alkyl~S(O)-, C,-C6- alkyl-S(0)2-, C,-C6-fluoroalkyle ; la liaison en position C4-C5 est double ou simple ; R, et R2 représentent chacun, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un groupe aryle, benzyle ou C,-C6-alkyle ; ou bien R, et R2 forment, avec l'atome d'azote qui les porte un hétérocycle éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes C,-C6-alkyle ou benzyle ; à l'état de base ou de sel d'addition à un acide, ainsi qu'à l'état d'hydrate ou de solvate.
