The present invention discloses novel compounds according to formula (I) which have HCV protease inhibitory activity as well as methods for preparing such compounds. In another embodiment, the invention discloses pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds as well as methods of using them to treat disorders associated with the HCV protease. Wherein: R1 is H, OR8, NR9R10, wherein R8, R9 and R10 can be the same or different, each being independently selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl-, alkenyl-, alkynyl-, aryl-, heteroalkyl-, heteroaryl-, cycloalkyl-, heterocyclyl-, arylalkyl-, and heteroarylalkyl, or alternately R9 and R10 in NR9R10 are connected to each other such that NR9R10 forms a four to eight-membered heterocyclyl, and likewise independently alternately R9 and R10 in CHR9R10 are connected to each other such that CHR9R10 forms a four to eight-membered cycloalkyl; Y represents a group G-R wherein G is NH or O.
La présente invention a trait à de nouveaux composés de formule (I), dans laquelle : R?1¿ est H, OR?8¿, NR?9¿R?10¿, ou CHR?9¿R?10¿, où R?8¿, R?9¿ et R?10¿ identiques ou différents, chacun indépendamment est choisi parmi le groupe constitué de H, alkyl-, alcényl-, alcynyl-, aryl-, hétéroalkyl-, hétéroaryl-, cycloalkyl-, hétérocyclyl-, arylalkyl-, et hétéroarylalkyl, ou en variante R?9¿ et R?10¿ dans NR?9¿R?10¿ sont liés l'un à l'autre de sorte que NR?9¿R?10¿ forme un hétérocyclyle de quatre à huit chaînons, et de la même manière indépendamment et en variante R?9¿ et R?10¿ dans CHR?9¿R?10¿ sont reliés l'un à l'autre de sorte que CHR?9¿R?10¿ forme un cycloalkyle de quatre à huit chaînons ; Y représente un groupe G-R dans lequel G est NH ou O. Lesdits composés présentent une activité inhibitrice de la protéase du virus de l'hépatite C. L'invention a également trait à des procédés pour la préparation de tels composés. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention a trait à des compositions pharmaceutiques comportant de tels composé ainsi qu'à leurs procédés d'utilisation pour le traitement de troubles associés à la protéase du virus de l'hépatite C.
