ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed herein are novel derivatives of tylosin, having the general formula Image wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkanoyl group, A1 and A2 are groups in which the one is an R2 group and the other is an R3 group, and R2 and R3 are (C2-C6) alkanoyl groups, or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof.
