The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen or lower alkyl substituted by halogen; R is hydrogen or halogen; or R1 and R are together with the carbon atom to which they are attached -CH=CH-CH=CH-; R2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl optionally substituted by halogen, or is hetaryl, optionally substituted by lower alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkoxy, phenyloxy, benzyloxy, S-lower alkyl, halogen, CN, lower alkyl substituted by halogen or O-lower alkyl substituted by halogen; R4 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, aryl is phenyl or naphthyl; n is 1, 2 or 3; m is 1 or 2; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and tautomeric forms thereof. It has been found that the compounds of formula I have a good activity on the 5-HT5A receptor. Therefore, the invention provides the use of a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of certain CNS disorders.
La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 est hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, alkoxy inférieur, halogène ou alkyle inférieur substitué par halogène; R is hydrogène ou halogène; ou R1 et R sont, conjointement à l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont rattachés, -CH=CH-CH=CH-; R2 est hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, phényle éventuellement substitué par halogène, ou hétaryle, éventuellement substitué par alkyle inférieur; R3 est hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, phényle, benzyle, alcényle inférieur, alkoxy inférieur, phényloxy, benzyloxy, alkyle S-inférieur, halogène, CN, alkyle inférieur substitué par halogène ou alkyle O-inférieur substitué par halogène; R4 est hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur, aryle est phényle ou naphthyle; n est 1, 2 ou 3; et m est 1 ou 2. L'invention concerne également des sels d'addition d'acide et des formes tautomères de ceux-ci. Les composés représentés par la formule I présentent une bonne activité sur le récepteur 5-HT5A. L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un composé représenté par la formule I, ou d'un sel acceptable d'un point de vue pharmaceutique de celui-ci, dans la fabrication de médicaments pour le traitement de certains troubles du SNC.
