ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compounds of general Formula I are disclosed: Image (I) wherein: X is oxygen or sulfur, R is an alkyl of up to four carbon atoms, an alkenyl of up to three carbon atoms, an alkynyl of up to three carbon atoms, or a haloalkyl selected from the group consisting of chloromethyl, bromomethyl, 2-chloro- ethyl, and 2-bromoethyl, and R1 is an alkyl of up to four carbon atoms. These compounds are used in selective weed control at low rates of application. A method of preparation is also disclosed.
