Compounds which are 3-amino-pyrazole derivatives represented by formula (I) wherein R is C3-C6 cycloalkyl group optionally substituted by a straight or branched C1-C6 alkyl or arylalkyl group; R1 is a straight or branched C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C4 alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, arylalkyl, arylcarbonyl, aryloxyalkyl or arylalkenyl group, each of which may be optionally further substituted as indicated in the description; or a pharmaceutically accept-able salt thereof. The compounds are useful for the treatment of cancer, cell pro- liferative disorders, Alzheimer's disease, viral infections, auto-immune diseases or neurodegenerative diseases.

Cette invention concerne des composés qui sont des dérivés de 3-amino-pyrazole et qui sont représentés par la formule (I). Dans cette formule, R est un groupe cycloalkyle en C3-C6 éventuellement substitué par un groupe alkyle ou arrylalkyle en C1-C6 droit ou ramifié; R1 est un groupe alkyle en C1-C6,,alcényle en C2-C4, cycloalkyle, cycloalcényle, hétérocyclyle, aryle, arylalkyle, arylcarbonyle, aryloxyalkyle or arylalcényle, chacun de ces groupes pouvant être encore substitués comme indiqué dans le descriptif; ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ces composés. Lesdits composés conviennent bien pour le traitement du cancer, des troubles liés à la prolifération cellulaire, de la maladie d'Alzheimer, des infections virales, des maladies auto-immunes et des maladies neurodégénératives.
