- 14 - A B S T R A C T "3,7a-DIAZACYCLOHEPTA[j,k]FLUORENE DERIVATIVES" 3,7a-Diazacyclohepta[j,k]fluorene derivatives of the general formula: Image wherein R1 represents a hydrogen or chlorine atom or a methoxy radical, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the methyl or benzyl radical, and R3 and R4 represents hydrogen atoms, or R3 represents the methyl radical and R4 represents a hydrogen atom or R3 represents a hydrogen atom and R4 represents the methyl radical, are new compounds useful in therapy; they possess an antianoxic activity. They can be prepared by reduction of the carbonyl group of corresponding 7-oxo-1,2,3,3a,4,5,6,7- octahydro-3,7a-diazacyclohepta[j,k]fluorenes.
