The invention relates to novel biphenyl derivatives of general formula (I), in which R1, R1', R1" R2, R2' R3 and n are defined as per claim 1, to their stereoisomers and their physiologically acceptable salts or solvates. Said derivatives are novel integrin inhibitors, which preferably inhibit the av.beta.6 integrin receptor. The novel compounds can be used, in particular, as medicaments.
