58 ABSTRACT The derivatives of the formula : Image (I) wherein : - R1 is H or C1-C4 alkyl ; - X is an oxygen atom, a methylene group or a -CH=CH- group ; - n is 1 or 2 when X is an oxygen atom or a methylene group and 0 or 1 when X is a -CH=CH- group ; - D is an oxygen atom or a NOR group, wherein R = H or C1-C4 alkyl ; - R3 is a C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl group ; - each of R2 and R'2 independently is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl group ; and - R'2 and R3 may further form together a -(CH2)3- or -(CH2)4- chain, useful as drugs.
