The derivatives of the formula : Image (I) wherein : - R1 is H or C1-C4 alkyl ; - X is either an oxygen atom, in which case R2 = H or halogen, or a methylene group or a -CH=CH- group, in which case R2 = H ; - n is 1 or 2 when X is an oxygen atom or a methylene group and 0 or 1 when X is a -CH=CH- group ; - each of R3 and R4 is independently H, C1-C4 alkyl, C4-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl ; - R5 is H or C1-C4 alkyl ; - R6 is C1-C4 alkyl, CHF2, CF3, CF3CF2, C4-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl ; - R5 and R6 may further form together a -(CH2)3- or -(CH2)5- chain ; - R5 and R6 may further form together a -(CH2)4- or -(CH2)5- chain ; and - R7 is H, C1-C4 alkyl, C2-C5 acyl or benzyl, useful as anxiolytics and anti-depressants.
