The present invention relates to novel 3-benzylidene-1-carbamoyl- 2-pyrroridone analogues having advantage anti-inflammatory activities, which is represented by the formula: (see fig. I) wherein R1 and R2 each is independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, or halogen; R3 is hydrogen or acyl; R4 is hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxy, alkoxy, cyano, or halogen, R5 and R6 each is independently hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heterocyclic group, substituted or unsubstituted amino, or OR7 wherein R7 is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, acyl, or aralkyl, or taken together with the adjacent nitrogen atom may form heterocyclic group which may contain N, O, and/or S, and X and Y each is independently O, S, substituted or unsubstituted imino, or substituted or unsubstituted methylene. In more detail, the present invention provides an anti-inflammatory agent which is useful for the treatment of chronic inflammation and has little side effect, e.g., stomach disease.
La présente invention porte sur de nouveaux analogues de 3-benzylidène-1-carbamoyl- 2-pyrrolidone, possédant des propriétés ignifugeantes et représentés par la formule (voir fig. I), où R1 et R2 sont chacun indépendamment de l'hydrogène, un alkyle, un alcoxy ou un halogène; R3 est un hydrogène ou un acyle; R4 est un hydrogène, un halogène, un groupe alkyle, hydroxy, alcoxy ou cyano, R5 et R6 sont chacun indépendamment un hydrogène, un groupe alkyle, aryle, aralkyle, un groupe hétérocyclique, un groupe amino avec ou sans substitution, ou OR7, où R7 est un hydrogène, un groupe alkyle, aryle, acyle ou aralkyle, ou encore peut former avec l'atome d'azote voisin un groupe hétérocyclique pouvant contenir N, O et (ou) S, et X et Y sont chacun indépendamment O, S, un imino avec ou sans substitution, ou encore un méthylène avec ou sans substitution. De façon plus précise, la présente invention permet d'obtenir un agent anti-inflammatoire, utile pour le traitement des inflammations chroniques, avec peu d'effets secondaires, comme des maux d'estomac.
