23233-253 ABSTRACT The present invention relates to novel substituted 3- dicyclohexylaminosydnone imines of the general formula I Image (I) and their pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts, in which R1 denotes hydrogen or the radical -COR2 and R2 denotes (C1 to C4)-alkyl, (C1 to C4)alkoxy-(C1 to C4)alkyl, (C1 to C4) alkoxy, (C1 to C4)alkoxy-(C1 to C4)alkoxy, (C5 to C7)cycloalkyl, phenyl, a phenyl radical which is mono-, di- or trisubstituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms and/or 1 to 3 alkyl radicals having 1 to 4 C atoms and/or 1 to 3 alkoxy radicals having 1 to 4 C atoms or R2 represents a nicotinoyl radical or an allylmercaptoacetyl radical. The compounds possess haemodynamic, platelet function- inhibiting and antithrombotic, in particular coronary antithrom- botic, properties. They lower the blood pressure, the pulmonary artery pressure and the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure. In view of their pronounced action on the cardiovascular system they are useful for the control and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
