The present invention relates to 3-guanidinocarbonyl-1-heteroaryl-indole derivatives of the formula (I) in which R1 to R3 and Ar have the meanings stated in the claims. The inventive compounds are suitable for example as antiarrhythmic medicaments with a cardioprotective component for infarction prophylaxis and infarction treatment and for the treatment of angina pectoris. They also inhibit in a preventive manner the pathophysiological processes associated with the development of ischemia-induced damage, in particular in the triggering of ischemia-induced cardiac arrhythmias and of heart failure.
L'invention concerne des dérivés de 3-guanidinocarbonyle-1-hétéroaryle-indole de la formule (I), dans laquelle R1 à R3 et Ar ont la signification qui leur a été attribuée dans les revendications. Les composés selon l'invention sont appropriés, par exemple, comme médicaments antiarythmisants avec un composant cardioprotecteur de prévention et de traitement de l'infarctus ainsi que de traitement de l'angine de poitrine. Ils inhibent également de manière préventive les processus physiopathologiques accompagnant le développement de lésions induites par l'ischémie, en particulier lors du déclenchement d'arythmies cardiaques induites par l'ischémie et d'insuffisance cardiaque.
