ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Cephalosporin compounds substituted at the 7-position with .alpha.-aminophenylacetamido and at the 3-position with a triazolyl group are prepared by displacement of a 3-acetoxymethyl compound with the apprepriate mercapto- heterocycle or 7-acylation of an appropriately-substituted cephalosporin nucleus. The products are antibacterial agents.
