Compounds of formula (I), wherein X1 is a -NR1R2 or -OR2 group; each of g2, g3, g4, g5, g6, w2, w3, w4, w5 and w6, which are the same or different, is hydrogen, a halogen atom, (C1-4) alkyl, (C1-4) alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, nitro or (C1-4) alkylthio, with the proviso that at least one of substituents g2, g3, g4, g5, g6 and at least one of substituents w2, w3, w4, w5 and w6 is other than hydrogen; R1 is hydrogen or (C1-4) alkyl; R2 is a non-aromatic (C3-15) carbocyclic radical optionally substituted one or more times by a substituent selected from a halogen atom, (C1-4) alkyl or (C1-4) alkoxy; R3 is hydrogen or a -CH2-R6 group; each of R4 and R5 is independently hydrogen, (C1-4) alkyl or trifluoromethyl; or R4 is hydrogen and R5 and w6 together form an ethylene or trimethylene radical; R6 is hydrogen or, when substituents g2, g3, g4, g5 and/or g6 are not (C1-4) alkyl, R6 is hydrogen, (C1-4) alkyl, fluorine, hydroxy, (C1-5) alkoxy, (C1-5) alkylthio, hydroxy (C1-5) alkoxy, cyano, (C1-5) alkylsulphinyl or (C1-5) alkylsulphonyl; and salts thereof; a method for preparing same and pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, are disclosed. Said compounds have excellent CB2 receptor affinity.

La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) dans laquelle: X1 représente un groupe -NR1R2 ou un groupe -OR2; g2, g3, g4, g5, g6 et w2, w3, w4, w5, w6 sont identiques ou différents, et représentent chacun indépendamment l'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un (C1-C4)alkyle, un (C1-C4)alcoxy, un trifluorométhyle, un nitro, un (C1-C4)alkylthio; à la condition qu'au moins un des substituants g2, g3, g4, g5, g6 et au moins un des substituants w2, w3, w4, w5, w6 soient différents de l'hydrogène; R1 représente l'hydrogène ou un (C1-C4)alkyle; R2 représente un radical carbocyclique non aromatique en (C3-C15) non substitué ou substitué une ou plusieurs fois par un substituant choisi parmi: un atome d'halogène, un (C1-C4)alkyle, un (C1-C4)alcoxy; R3 représente l'hydrogène ou un groupe -CH2-R6; R4 et R5 représentent chacun indépendamment un hydrogène, un (C1-C4)alkyle ou un trifluorométhyle; ou bien R4 représente l'hydrogène et R5 et w6 ensemble constituent un radical éthylène ou un radical triméthylène; R6 représente l'hydrogène, ou lorsque les substituants g2, g3, g4, g5 et/ou g6 sont autres qu'un (C1-C4)alkyle, R6 représente l'hydrogène, un (C1-C4)alkyle, un fluor, un hydroxy, un (C1-C5)alcoxy, un (C1-C5)alkylthio, un hydroxy(C1-C5)alcoxy, un cyano, un (C1-C5)alkylsulfinyle, un (C1-C5)alkylsulfonyle; et ses sels; un procédé pour leur préparation, et les compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Ces composés possèdent une très bonne affinité pour les récepteurs CB2.
