The present invention relates to substituted indole oximes and methods of using them.
La présente invention se rapporte à des oximes d'aryle représentées par la formule (I), ou à un sel ou un ester pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces dernières. Dans ladite formule R¿1 ?représente une liaison directe à A, alkylène C¿1-4?, ou alkylène -O-C¿1-4?; R¿4? représente hydrogène, alkyle C¿1-8-?, ou cycloalkyle C¿3-6?; A représente COOH ou un mimétique d'acide ; X représente alkylène C¿1-8?, cycloalkylène C¿3-6?, -(CH¿2?)¿m?O?-¿, ou -(CH¿2?)¿m?NH?-¿; m est un entier compris entre 1 et 6 ; un ou plusieurs substituants ayant éventuellement été substitués à alkylène, -O-alkylène, alkyle, aryle, hétéroaryle et cycloalkyle. Les autres substituants sont définis dans la revendication 1. Les composés selon l'invention sont des inhibiteurs de PAI-1 servant à traiter, par exemple, les déficiences du système fibrinolytique, la thrombose ou les maladies cardiovasculaires.
