A compound represented by the general formula (I): wherein R1 is 5- methylpyridin-2-yl, p-tolyl, or mesityl; and R2 is any of the general formulae (II) to (IX): (wherein R3 is C1-4 alkyl; R4 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; R5 is hydrogen, 3-pyridylmethyl, or 4-pyridylmethyl; and R6 is 2,4~dihydroxybenzyl, 3-pyridylmethyl, or 4-pyridylmethyl) or R2 is the formula (X) when R1 is mesityl; (X) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound. The compound is effective in preventing itches and is useful for the prevention of or treatments for: reactions on insect's bites, reactions on environmental allergens, skin infections, external vermination, or itches occurring in renal dialysis patients.

Ce dernier est efficace pour prévenir le prurit et est utile de façon prophylactique ou thérapeutique contre des réactions à des piqûres d'insectes, des réactions à des allergènes de l'environnement, des infections de la peau, des parasites externes ou contre des lésions provoquées par le prurit chez des patients sous dialyse rénale.
