The present invention relates to novel 4'4'-dioxaspiro-spirocyclically substituted tetramates of the formula (I) Image (I) in which A, B, G, m, n, W, X, Y and Z to a plurality of processes for their preparation and to their use as pesticides and/or herbicides. The invention also provides selectively herbicidal compositions comprising firstly the 4'4'-dioxaspiro- spirocyclically substituted tetramates and secondly a crop plant compatibility- improving compound. The present invention also relates to novel water-soluble concentrates of 4'4'- dioxaspiro- spirocyclically substituted tetramates and their enols, to processes for preparing these formulations and to their use as pesticides and/or herbicides. The present invention furthermore relates to increasing the activity of crop protection compositions comprising in particular 4'4'-dioxaspiro-spirocyclically substituted tetramates by adding ammonium salts or phosphonium salts and, if appropriate, penetrants, to the corresponding compositions, to processes for their preparation and to their use in crop protection as insecticides and/or acaricides and/or for preventing unwanted plant growth.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux tétramates spirocycliques à substitution 4',4'-dioxaspiro de formule (I), dans laquelle A, B, G, m, n, W, X, Y et Z ont les significations mentionnées ci-dessous, plusieurs procédés pour les préparer, et leur utilisation en tant que pesticides et/ou herbicides. L'invention a aussi pour objet des agents herbicides sélectifs, qui contiennent, d'une part, les tétramates spirocycliques à substitution 4',4'-dioxaspiro, et, d'autre part, un composé améliorant la compatibilité avec les plantes de culture. La présente invention concerne aussi de nouveaux concentrés solubles dans l'eau de tétramates spirocycliques à substitution 4',4'-dioxaspiro et leurs énols, des procédés de préparation de ces formulations, et leur utilisation en tant que pesticides et/ou herbicides. La présente invention concerne en outre l'augmentation de l'activité de produits phytosanitaires contenant en particulier des tétramates spirocycliques à substitution 4',4'-dioxaspiro, par addition de sels d'ammonium ou de phosphonium et éventuellement d'activateurs de pénétration, les produits correspondants, des procédés pour leur préparation, et leur utilisation dans la protection des plantes en tant qu'insecticides et/ou acaricides et/ou pour empêcher une croissance indésirable des végétaux.
