ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to novel 4-acylaminophenyl- ethanolamines which possess interesting pharmacological properties and in particular, in general, in addition to an analgesic and uterus-spasmolytic activity and an antispastic effect on the transverse muscles, a .beta.2- mimetic and/or a .beta.1-blocking activity. Several processes for the preparation of these compounds are described and exemplified. Examples of pharmaceutical compositions containing the new compounds are also given.
