A 4-methyl-1-pentene resin composition comprising (A) 20 to 60 parts by weight of poly-4-methyl-1- pentene or a copolymer chiefly composed of 4-methyl-1- pentene, (B) 30 to 60 parts by weight of an ethylene/butene copolymer, (C) 5 to 40 parts by weight of poly-1-butene or a copolymer chiefly composed of 1- butene and another .alpha.-olefin, and (D) 0 to 30 parts by weight of a propylene/butene copolymer and a laminate using the above composition are provided. The composition of the present invention has excellent heat resistance, transparency, gas permeability, mold releasability, liquid drainability, heat seal strength, and impact resistance. Especially, it has excellent adhesive properties to 4-methyl-1-pentene resin and other resins and is preferably used for the production of laminated products.

Composition pour résine de type 4-méthyl-1-pentène renfermant (A) 20 à 60 parties en poids de poly(4-méthyl-1-pentène) ou un copolymère principalement composé de 4-méthyl-1- pentène, (B) 30 à 60 parties en poids d'un copolymères d'éthylène/butène, (C) 5 à 40 parties en poids de poly(1-butene) ou d'un copolymère constitué principalement de 1- butene et d'une autre alpha-oléfine, (D) 0 à 30 parties en poids d'un copolymère de propylène/butène; laminé utilisant cette composition. Cette dernière possède d'excellentes propriétés de résistance thermique, de transparence, de perméabilité aux gaz, de démoulage, de résistance du thermoscellage et de résilience. La composition a notamment d'excellentes propriétés adhésives à la résine de 4-méthyl-1-pentène et à d'autres résines; enfin, l'invention privilégie son emploi pour la fabrication de produits laminés.
