Abstract The invention relates to new co pounds of the formula Image (I) wherein R1 denotes a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group with 3 to 5 carbon atoms, a cycloalkylmethyl group with 3 to 7 carbon atoms in the cycloalkyl part or a phenylalkyl group with 1 to 3 car- bon atom in the alkyl part, R2 denotes a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, an amino group or an acyl- amino group and R3 denotes a phenyl group or a benzyl group, and their N-oxides and their acid addition salt. The compounds display an antiptotic action coupled with an analgesic action and may thus be use as medicaments. They also re- present useful intermediates to known pharmacologically active 4-phenoxy- piporidines.
