4-Thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-3-imino-2-isopropylidene-7-oxo Analogons of beta-Lactams, Processes for Their Preparation and the Use Thereof The object of the present invention are 4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-3-imino- 2-isopropylidene-7-oxo beta-lactamic analogons of general formula I (see fig. I) wherein the radicals have the following meanings: R1 is hydrogen or halogen, R2 is hydrogen, halogen, phtalimide, R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, benzyl, heterocycle e.g. isoxazole, pyrazole etc. These compounds are useful as intermediates in the preparation of novelbeta-lactamic analogons or of active substances in preparations for antimicrobial therapy.

La présente invention porte sur les analogues 4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-3-imino- 2-isopropylidène-7-oxo de bêta-lactame de formule générale I (voir fig. I), où R1 est un hydrogène ou un halogène, R2 est un hydrogène, un halogène ou un phtalimide, R3 est un hydrogène, un alkyle, un benzyle ou un hétérocycle, p. ex. isoxazole, pyrazole, etc. Ces composés sont utiles comme intermédiaires dans la préparation de nouveaux analogues bêta-lactamiques ou de substances actives dans les préparations pour thérapie antimicrobienne.
