New substituted sulphonylamino(thio)carbonyl compounds have the formula (I), in which A is a simple bond, oxygen, imino (NH), alkandiyl (alkylene) or alkylimino (N-alkyl); J is a (hetero)aryl group of the series composed of phenyl, pyridyl, pyrazolyl, thienyl substituted by a 5,6-dihydro-[1,4,2]- dioxazin-3-yl group (which in turn may be substituted by halogen, alkyl or alkyle halide) and optionally substituted by one or two other radicals from the series composed of cyano, halogen, alkyl, alkyl halide, phenyl, pyridyl; Q stands for oxygen or sulphur; and R stands for optionally substituted heterocyclyl with 5 ring members, of which at least one is oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen and one to three can also be nitrogen. Also disclosed are salts of the compounds having the formula (I), processes and new individual intermediate products for preparing the same, as well as their use as herbicides.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés sulphonylamino(thio)carbonyles de la formule (I), dans laquelle: A représente une liaison simple, oxygène, imino (NH), alcanediyle (alkylene) ou alkylimino (N-alkyl); J représente un groupement (hétéro)aryle du groupe phényle, pyridyle, pyrazolyle et thiényle qui est substitué par un groupe 5,6-dihydro-[1,4,2]-dioxazin-3-yle (qui lui même peut être substitué par halogène, alkyle ou halogénure d'alkyle) et éventuellement par un ou deux autres restes du groupe cyano, halogène, alkyle, halogènure d'alkyle, phényle, pyridyle; Q représente oxygène ou soufre; et R représente hétérocyclyle éventuellement substitué, présentant 5 membres de cycles, dont au moins un est oxygène, soufre ou azote et dont un à trois peuvent aussi être azote. L'invention concerne également des sels desdits composés de formule (I), des procédés et différents nouveaux produits intermédiaires permettant de produire lesdits composés, ainsi que l'utilisation de ces composés comme herbicides.
