ABSTRACT This invention relates to novel compounds which are 5-aryl-2,4-dialkyl-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones, of the formula: Image wherein R is halogeno, C1-6 lower alkyl, C1-6 lower alkoxy, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, or methylenedioxy; n is 1 or 2; and R2 and R4 independently represent C1-6 lower alkyl, said compounds being useful as antidepressants.
