The present invention relates to 5-membered heterocycles of the general formula (see fig. I) in which X1 to X5 are as defined in Claim 1, tautomers thereof, stereoisomers thereof, including mixtures thereof, and salts thereof, in particular salts thereof with physiologically tolerable acids or bases, which have useful pharmacological properties, preferably aggregation-inhibiting effects, medicaments comprising these compounds, their use and processes for their preparation.
