The invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I) where: R2 is a hydrogen or fluorine atom or a hydroxyl, cyano, trifluoromethyl, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, or NR8R9 group; m and p have a value of 1; n and o have the same value which is 0 or 1; A is a covalent bond or a C1-8-alkylene group; R1 is an optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl group; R3 is a hydrogen or fluorine atom or a C1-6-alkyl group or a trifluoromethyl group; R4 is an optionally substituted 5-membered heterocyclic compound; wherein the compounds can be in the state of a base or an acid addition salt. The present invention can be used in therapeutics.
Composés répondent à la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, de fluor ou un groupe hydroxyle, cyano, trifluorométhyle, C1-6-alkyle, C1-6- alcoxy, NR8R9; m et p ont pour valeur 1; n et o ont la même valeur et ont pour valeur 0 ou 1; A représente une liaison covalente ou un groupe C1-8-alkylène; R1 représente un groupe aryle ou hétéroaryle éventuellement substitué; R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène, de fluor, un groupe C1-6-alkyle ou un groupe trifluorométhyle; R4 représente un hétérocycle à cinq chaînons éventuellement substitué; à l'état de base ou de sel d'addition à un acide. Application en thérapeutique.
