ABSTRACT A herbicidal composition which comprises at least one of triazine compounds of the formula: Image (I) wherein R1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group or an amino group, R2 is a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a C1-C4 alkylthio group or a di(C1- C4)alkylamino group and R3 is a cyclo(C3-C7)alkyl group, a tertiary C4-C5 alkyl group, an adamantyl group or a group of the formula: Image (in which R is a halogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a nitro group or a trihalomethyl group and n is an integer of 0 to 2 in a herbicidally effective amount and an inert carrier or diluent.
