ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to 5-sulphamylbenzoic acid derivatives carrying heterocyclic substituents, the physio- logically tolerated salts of the compounds and to their prep- aration. These compounds are suitable for the treatment of edematous diseases such as edemas caused by certain cardiac, renal or hepatic conditions and other similar disorders of water balance and electrolyte metabolism.
